Returns Policy

TKOrganics adheres to the Australian Consumer Law for consumer guarantees and returns.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact our Customer Support Team at hello@tkorganics.com within 14 days of delivery with picture evidence, if you believe your product is damaged, faulty or you received the wrong product.

We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Please retain your emailed purchase receipt as proof of purchase should you require a refund, exchange or credit.

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, sale items or receive an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products, in order to ensure product integrity.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions of this policy have not been met or if a request appears fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with normal use.
