Effective for sore throat. During air conditioning season, throat dryness becomes an issue. Sleeping with a mask feels too humid and uncomfortable. Before bed, I spray it carefully so it reaches deep into my throat. The nozzle design allows the liquid to reach the throat directly, which makes it feel more effective.
